Sarah Grudem is a freelance harpist, born, raised and currently living in Minneapolis. She began studying the harp at age seven after several chance circumstances that led her there, from her original wish to play the viola. After graduating from Juilliard in 2003, she moved back home and earned a Master’s degree in harp performance from the University of Minnesota.

She enjoys solo playing, chamber music, accompanying choirs, and playing with orchestras and has been fortunate to play with groups such as VocalEssence and the Minnesota Orchestra. She has been a member of the chamber music group, Music Saint Croix, based in Stillwater, MN for the last 15 years.
